To display your listings to other users
To send you curb alerts and notifications you've opted into
To facilitate messaging between users about listings
To improve and maintain the Platform
To enforce our Terms of Use and prevent abuse

5. Data Sharing

We only share data in the following limited cases:

With other users, as needed to facilitate listings and pickups (e.g., your display name and listing details)

If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users

6. Data Retention

Listings expire and are deleted automatically. Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings page.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

GET IT GONE is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
